Terms & Conditions.

Last updated 29 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.wedoers.com (the "Website") and any products or services provided by Doers ("Doers", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Website or engaging us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

01Use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, or scraping content in a way that places an unreasonable load on our systems.

02Information on this site

Content on the Website is provided for general information about Doers and our products. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. Product features, availability and pricing described here may change without notice and are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement.

03Products and services

Our software products (including DoCare, DoEat, DoRetail and others) and our custom software, implementation and support services are provided under a separate written agreement, proposal or order with each client. That agreement sets out scope, fees, timelines, service levels and data-processing terms. Where it conflicts with these Terms, the agreement takes precedence.

04Intellectual property

The Website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product names and design — are owned by or licensed to Doers and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business reference, but you may not copy, modify, republish or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our written permission. Ownership of software built for a client is governed by that client's agreement.

05Enquiries and communications

When you contact us — by email or otherwise — you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to manage our relationship with you. We do not sell your personal information.

06Third-party links and services

The Website may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example, hosted fonts). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

07Disclaimer

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful components.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

09Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Doers harmless from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Doers is registered, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a client agreement provides otherwise.
